PRODUCT CARE INSTRUCTIONS

 

WASHING

Separate coloured linen into whites/darks. Wash separately from other fabrics in lukewarm water (<40°C, 104°F). High-temperature water may cause up to 10% shrinkage.  If hand washing, place the item in a sink or bucket with lukewarm water and a teaspoon of mild washing product. Swish around and do not wring, twist or scrub.  Drain the water and rinse repeatedly. Do not dry clean. Do NOT use bleach or any stain removers, they could discolour the item permanently.

DRYING

Line dry in the shade. Air drying is the best for linen as it adds softness to the linen.

IRONING

You may like the crushed look of linen; however, if you wish to iron, use a warm to hot iron whilst the garment is still damp, best on the reverse side.

STAINS

If there is a minor stain, try using soda water.  You can also choose to use basic soap, or dishwashing liquid and gently massage until the stain comes out and then wash as mentioned above. If it's a deeper stain, you can try using some baking soda and a few drops of vinegar on the fabric and blotting it with a paper towel before once again washing as above.

WARNING

You can use a Softener as required. DO NOT use bleach as it will discolour the natural fabric permanently.

BEDDING/TABLE LINEN

Wash before first use. Turn inside out before washing. Do not bleach, rub, soak or wring. Do not tumble dry. do not dry clean. Make sure the linen is not too tight in the washing machine allowing the detergent and water to filter through fabric to wash evenly. Also, do not mix colours - separate light and dark.  Washing, drying and ironing as above.

 

WOOL CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Dry clean only. Air regularly. 

CERAMICS CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Not suitable for oven, microwave or dishwasher. Gently wash or wipe over with a soft cloth.
